Produced from fruit grown in the Victoria region. Here the sandy loam soils are derived from granite and gneissic bedrocks, and are brown to red in colour. Bright sunny days and cool nights allowed for exceptional flavour development. The result is an elegant wine with naturally high acidity. Picked at night so that the cooler temperature lends exceptional character and elegance, the final wine is well rounded and suitable for all occasions.
